Bright & Spacious, 5 BR Apartment in the Center

Great location. Kind of gross and dirty. Inexpensive. You decide. Positive: GREAT location! The large dining room table and extra WC were greatly appreciated. Other than the bedrooms, we liked the quirky layout. The old woodwork and wood flooring were charming. Empty surfaces in the bedrooms were very handy to spread out on. Kitchen was stocked with just enough equipment, although we didn’t attempt any dinners, just breakfast and simple lunches. Beds were comfortable. Shower was adequate. Negative: Two of the ‘bedrooms’ were not really bedrooms. One was a windowless room with a door off of the living room that you had to pass through to get to the other true bedroom. The other had no windows or egress in case of emergency or just to cool off. We were only 4 people and there were only 2 beds made up, with no choice by us. One of which was the bed in the pass through room. As there were no sheets to be found, we had to make do with what we found to make up another bed for the teenager - whom we had put in the reservation form. It was quite hot when we were there in July, and we needed to cool the apartment with open windows, but there was such loud construction across the street, we felt like the guys with hammers and power equipment were in the apartment with us! Starting at 7am! The kitchen has no dishwasher, and we found quite a few dishes that had been put away dirty. The shower room appeared to have some mold issues, although we could smell bleach had been used, so maybe it was just stains. The couch was badly stained in multiple places. That was probably what disgusted us the most.

Good value for money. Positive: The location being close to the city center. Negative: The floor in the big bedroom with two rooms on the left hand side was very slippery causing danger to everyone

Hyvä yösija Positive: Tilava, hyvät sängyt, sijainti loistava Negative: Vain yhdet avaimet käytössä, mikä isolle seurueelle hankalaa. Asukkaat suhtautuivat väliaikaisiin majoittujiin hyökkäävästi. Varustelutaso melko kehno, esim. käsipyyhkeet puuttuivat.

Positive: Ei ollut aamupala Negative: Asunnossa oli likainen lattia ja sohva, osittain likaiset astiat. Uuni ei toimi.

Not worth the money. Feels like a converted mental hospital and for the price we regret picking it Positive: We arrived a couple hours early and wanted to see if we could check in early. The lady at the check-in spot asked what time check in was. I said 4pm. She said "Well, it's not 4 yet, sorry". Very cold and unwelcoming. We went to the bar across the street and killed time but it definitely set the tone of the experience. Negative: The pictures made the place look so much better than it was. A foyer light flickered upon entry. The large refrigerator didn't work. It was cold experience probably and it seemed like the property management company gave the bare minimum and just pumped travelers in and out. We wish we stayed elsewhere. We could have booked a nicer hotel for cheaper.
